This spiced version of our regular sour is for those who would like some extra flavour punch in their sourdough loaf. We have added chilli flakes, cheddar cheese and roasted garlic for the punch.
Ingredients: 70% white flour, 30% whole wheat flour, chilli flakes, roasted garlic, cheddar cheese, salt, water and lots of wild yeast and bacteria.
