- What you need to make sourdough at home
- How to prepare a sourdough starter, and how to keep it alive
- Baker’s math, and how to apply it to your recipes
- Manual skills like mixing, kneading, shaping and proving the dough
- Baking your loaf to achieve the perfect rise and crust
