Introduction to Sourdough (April 09) 

What we cover:

  • What you need to make sourdough at home
  • How to prepare a sourdough starter, and how to keep it alive
  • Baker’s math, and how to apply it to your recipes
  • Manual skills like mixing, kneading, shaping and proving the dough
  • Baking your loaf to achieve the perfect rise and crust

Duration: 4 hours

Venue: Sour House, Koramangala
